&lt;p&gt;Still working on that BJD wheelchair!
Market version will be cast (because it&amp;rsquo;s just too much work to sculpt it out of nothing every single time), but the prototype is made mainly out of aluminium pipes.
Partially because it&amp;rsquo;s quicker than trying to make perfectly straight lines out of clay or wood, but also to make sure the cast version actually LOOKS metal-y, like a real wheelchair.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;hellip;I still have to saw, file &amp;amp; sand every connection into the correct shape though- and not all of them are straight criss-crossing lines. Saw, fit, adjust, fit, adjust, fit&amp;hellip;&lt;/p&gt;
